🚫 STRICT NO REFUND POLICY
All fees paid to Bubbling Fish Academy are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once enrolment is confirmed, except where the Academy itself cancels the batch.
1. Enrolment & Confirmation
Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full batch fees. A booking reference number and QR attendance code will be issued upon payment. Seats are not held without payment. The Academy reserves the right to cancel a batch if minimum enrolment is not met — in this case a full refund will be issued within 7 working days.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- No refund once batch begins. Fees paid are fully non-refundable after the first session of the batch.
- Before batch start (more than 7 days): A credit note valid for 90 days may be issued at the Academy's discretion. No cash refund.
- Within 7 days of batch start: No refund, no credit note, no transfer.
- Medical emergencies: Session credits (not cash refund) may be considered upon submission of a doctor's certificate. Subject to Academy discretion.
- Missed sessions: No compensation, make-up sessions or transfers for individually missed classes regardless of reason.
3. Force Majeure & Political Events
Bubbling Fish Academy shall not be liable for cancellations, postponements or disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, epidemics or pandemics
- Political events — bandhs, hartals, riots, curfews, civil unrest, government orders or elections
- Power failures, pool closures or venue unavailability due to external authority directives
- Strike or lockout affecting the venue or transport infrastructure
- Any act of God or government-mandated shutdown
No refund will be issued for sessions missed due to force majeure events. The Academy will endeavour to provide compensatory sessions at its sole discretion where operationally possible.
4. Attendance & Punctuality
Arrive at least 5 minutes before the session. Latecomers (more than 10 minutes late) may not be permitted to enter a session in progress for safety reasons. No compensation for late arrival. Batch timings are fixed and cannot be changed after enrolment.
5. Health, Safety & Medical Disclosure
Swimming carries inherent risks. By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge these risks and agree that:
- All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
- All medical conditions, allergies, disabilities and medications must be disclosed at the time of enrolment.
- Children who are unwell, have fever, infections, open wounds or contagious conditions must not attend.
- The Academy shall not be held liable for any injury, illness or accident unless caused by direct proven negligence of coaching staff.
- Children with heart conditions, epilepsy or other serious medical conditions require a doctor's written clearance before commencing.
6. Code of Conduct
Bubbling Fish Academy maintains a strict code of conduct:
- Respectful behaviour is mandatory from all parents, guardians and children.
- Disruptive, aggressive or abusive behaviour towards coaches or staff will result in immediate removal from the programme without refund.
- Parents are not permitted on the pool deck during sessions unless invited by the coach.
- Mobile phones must be on silent during sessions.
7. Photography & Media
Bubbling Fish Academy may photograph or film sessions for promotional, educational and social media purposes. By enrolling, parents/guardians consent to the use of such images and videos featuring their child unless a written opt-out request is submitted prior to the first session.
8. Programme Changes
The Academy reserves the right to substitute coaches, modify curriculum, change venues or reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond its control. Reasonable advance notice will be given via WhatsApp and email. No refund is due for such changes.
9. Privacy & Data
Personal data collected during booking is used solely for programme administration, attendance tracking and communication. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by Indian law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of enrolment shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
